Tempelhof, for a subletter
Defined by the airfield, which is the best thing about living here. Rents are below the inner-city median and the U6 puts you in Mitte quickly. Sublet volume is moderate and skews towards whole flats and longer stays, so the six-week crowd will find less here than in Neukölln next door.
