Friedrichshain, for a subletter
Boxhagener Platz, the RAW, and the highest turnover of any Kiez in the corpus. Much of what gets posted here is a room in a shared flat for one to four months while someone travels, which is the core of the Zwischenmiete market. Competition is intense and posts are answered within the hour, so replying in the first sixty minutes matters more than any filter. Well connected: U5, the S-Bahn ring at Ostkreuz, and the M10 for everything the U-Bahn misses.
