Two tiers, and they differ by when, not by what. A free account gets every listing, every filter and the poster’s contact details 48 hours after it is posted. Paying gets you the same thing as soon as it is scraped, ranked against your brief. No seats, no “pro” tier withholding a useful filter, no per-listing charge.

A pass runs out on its own. No card kept, nothing renews, nothing to cancel. When it ends the account drops back to the free tier, which never expires.
What you are paying for
The listings themselves are free and public. They are posted in Telegram groups anyone can join. What costs time is reading them. There are dozens of groups, they run at all hours in three languages, and the good rooms are gone within a day of posting.
So the €15 buys three things. A scraper that reads every group hourly and extracts neighbourhood, rent, dates and flat type from each post. Your own hard filters applied as soon as something is posted. And a language model that reads each new listing against a paragraph you wrote about what you want, and sorts your feed so the best matches are at the top.
If it saves you one evening a month, it has paid for itself several times over. If it finds you the flat, compare it with a Berlin agency fee, which is two months’ rent.
What it does not include
We do not message posters for you, and we will not. Berlin sublets go to whoever writes the best message first, and an obviously automated one gets ignored. You get the poster’s Telegram handle and you write to them yourself.
We are also not a letting agent, do not hold deposits, do not verify posters and are not party to any agreement you reach. Read the guide to avoiding scams before you send anyone money. The most common Berlin sublet fraud is a deposit paid before a viewing, and no filter catches that for you.
Billing
- A pass is paid once. Nothing renews, no card is kept, and there is nothing to cancel.
- When it runs out the account drops back to the free tier, which never expires.
- Buy another whenever you want one. It adds to the time you have left rather than replacing it.
- Deleting your account removes your email, filters and notes. A pass that is still running is not refunded.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Questions
Where do the listings come from?
Public Berlin housing and sublet groups on Telegram, plus the public listing websites where Zwischenmiete offers get advertised. We read the offers, not the posts from people looking, and we do not post anything ourselves.
Do you contact landlords for me?
No. You get the poster’s contact details (their Telegram handle, or the ad on the site it came from) and you message them yourself, in your own words. Berlin sublets go to whoever writes a good message first, and that is not worth automating.
How fast do new listings show up?
The scraper runs hourly, and everything it finds is on the site straight away, or 48 hours later on a free account. The morning email is a subscriber feature: everything new since yesterday, ranked, at 08:00 Berlin time.
What does the “about you” text do?
This is for what your filters cannot express, such as “quiet, works from home, no interest in a party flat”. A language model reads each new listing against it and sorts your feed accordingly. Leave it empty and the feed is newest first. Nothing is hidden either way.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your settings, in two clicks. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for. You can also delete your account, which removes your email, filters and notes.
