Lichtenberg, for a subletter
Increasingly the overflow for Friedrichshain, and still priced well under it. A lot of Plattenbau alongside pockets of Altbau around Rummelsburg and the Kaskelkiez. The S-Bahn ring and the U5 make it a short trip back west, and the sublet volume has been rising.
Getting one
