Gesundbrunnen, for a subletter
Wedding's eastern half. Same value, same big flats, plus the ring at Gesundbrunnen station, which makes it much better connected than the rest of the district. Volume is lower than Neukölln or Friedrichshain, so a neighbourhood filter set to this alone will be a thin feed. Pair it with Wedding and Moabit.
