Wedding's eastern half, sold separately. Same value, same big flats, plus the ring at Gesundbrunnen station, which makes it materially better connected than the rest of the district. Volume is lower than Neukölln or Friedrichshain, so a neighbourhood filter set to this alone will be a thin feed — pair it with Wedding and Moabit.
